shena is an east-coast transplant to seattle, where she wishes it was sunnier but is glad for the lack of snow and the plethora of cherry blossoms. she has a day job at the stranger newspaper, where she is currently working on instituting a "dress-up" friday, the first theme of which will be "princess day." when she is not plotting random acts of tulle, shena hangs upside down on trapezes and tries to get her dog to listen to her. she is available for photography and design work, and shoots on location or in her capitol hill studio.
